IDCheck: Out-of-State Shared Branching

To better protect you from identity theft, fraud and financial loss, IDCheck validates your identity in just a few simple steps.

Validation is easy! Scan the QR code provided in shared branch (similar to this):

Provide name of credit union
Provide account number and last 4 digits of your SSN
Take a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie
Receive access code

Next, provide the IDCheck access code to the frontline staff, who will complete the validation process.

Once this process is completed, you will be able to save your information. After you save your information, the next time you use shared branching you will only need to scan the QR code and provide the access code. If you do not save your information, you will need to complete the full validation process each time you use shared branching.
