Q2 - Text Banking

Your Account at Your Fingertips


Accessing your account information is easy! Text banking allows you to text simple, easy-to-remember codes straight to your account, without having to step foot in any of our five branches. Access information, transfer money, and more! 

Getting Started

  • Login to Online Banking.
  • Under the menu, select Preferences, then Text Enrollment.
  • Enter the phone number of the phone you'll be using, and agree to the Terms and Conditions*.
  • Save the following number in your phone: 226563 (BANKME).
  • Begin using text banking by texting the code corresponding with your desired action. 

Text Banking Commands

<account nickname>		 Receive account balance (if no account nickname is listed, the balances of all enabled accounts will be listed
HIST

Receive and account history

<from account nickname> <to account nickname> <amount>		 Transfer funds between accounts
LIST Receive a list of available text commands
HELP Receive a list of contact points of information on text banking (e.g. your website or phone number
STOP Stop all messaged to the mobile device (for text banking and SMS alerts/notifications
